Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CloudShelve, a product of SHELVELABS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62012KA2026OPC220088) ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading or using CloudShelve, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

CloudShelve provides a unified interface to manage files across connected cloud storage providers. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to store or transfer illegal content.
• Share your account with others.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

CloudShelve offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Price changes: We will give reasonable notice before changing subscription prices.

3. Transfer Quota

Each plan includes a monthly transfer quota for cross-provider file operations. Quota resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused quota does not roll over. Exceeding your quota pauses automated jobs until the quota resets or you upgrade.

4. Third-Party Cloud Providers

CloudShelve connects to third-party cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, MEGA). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability, data policies, or service changes.

5. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at cloudshelve.com/privacy, describes how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

CloudShelve and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by SHELVELABS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudShelve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
